TWEED RUFFLE SKIRTS
Harris Tweed Ruffle skirts add a modern twist to an ancient fabric. Soft lining ensures they feel smooth against your skin. A set of brass poppers allows the fit to be adjustable. They can be worn high on the waist or down on the hips. Over leggings or with tights and a pair of boots.

This Skirt is made from Harris Tweed, black wool, lined with a black rayon mix & embellished with custom Barocco Poppers.
