Sister to our popular Tempest skirt, the asymmetrical hem of MISTRAL gives the illusion of a wrap skirt in a practical elasticated waist style. Made with beautiful upcycled silk-sari in rich jewel colours. Easy-going, flowing and full, MISTRAL is amazing for spinning. Perfect for holidays, evening wear, tribal belly dancers and fusion dancers. Mesmerising, they catch the light as you move!
Our Mistral Skirts are made from antique silk-sari and embellished with fine gold, silver and copper threads. Our gorgeous fabric is up-cycled from silk that once adorned an Indian bride on her wedding day. On occasion the silk may have small signs of wear that show the beauty of its age. We photograph anything we notice. Flame retardant so great for fire performers. Each piece is completely unique and comes in a reusable stylish cotton Barocco bag.
