A beautiful waterfall-style skirt with oodles of frills and flounces, SERAFINA is skilfully crafted with jewel-hued silk-sari fabric and delicate metallic threads. Featuring a short front and longer back train, perfect for all you land mermaids to show off your pins! The rear of the waistband is elasticated for practicality and comfort, which also allows it be worn higher or lower on the hips as you wish. Matches beautifully with a LOTUS bodice top!
